This is tobog -tobog, a native merienda of Filipinos in rural areas. It is a sticked -rolled cassava cake, in modern parlance. The shredded cassava after being mashed up of the liquid component is mixed with milk or coconut milk and fresh coconut. Fried chicken until it turns brown. So tempting and good for the palate and health in general
